PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a main body to an installation member while dispensing with drawing work. SOLUTION: This vibration control device is composed of a main body part 1 and a second installation member 2, and the main body part 1 is integrated with an outer collar 3, a first installation member 4, and an elastic member 5. The second installation member is composed of a cylindrical support part 6 and a bracket 7. The outer collar 3 is made of resin, and is composed of division parts 17, 18 which are divided into two parts in the circumferential direction, and a prescribed clearance is formed between end parts of the division parts 17, 18 which are adjacent to each other. The outer collar 3 is molded integratedly with the elastic member 5 so as to bury into the elastic member 5, a part of the elastic member 5 is rounded to the outer peripheral surface of the outer collar 3 so as to form as an outside elastic layer 5, and is interposed between the outer collar 3 and the supporting part 6. The outside elastic layer 15 is functioned as seal, and also functioned as an elastic part of a dynamic damper serving the main body part 1 as a mass.
