PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system, with which the estimate result can be speedily and exactly provided on the site of estimate negotiation even when a client does not visit a shop at the time of loan or lease contract to be signed of an automobile. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a portable telephone for inputting estimate condition for the loan or lease contract of an article, a server connected with the portable telephone through a public line and the Internet and installed in a company or the like to become the providing source of the article and an output device connected with the server through the public line and the Internet and installed on the side of the negotiation of an estimate contract and composed of a facsimile or printer for outputting the estimate result, and the server is provided with an information receiving part for receiving estimate conditions and a data transmitting request from the portable telephone, data storage part storing the estimate data corresponding to the estimate conditions, data acquiring part for acquiring the relevant estimate data based on of the estimate conditions received by the information receiving part, and information transmitting part for transmitting data, to which transmission is requested, to the portable telephone or output device.
