Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent loads from getting out of shape and to improve work efficiency in a tilt angle control device applied to a cargo handling vehicle such as a fork lift truck for transporting a container. SOLUTION: This tilt angle control device is composed of a tilt cylinder 2, a main valve 3, a tilt lever 4, a solenoid valve 5, an angle detector 6, a controller 7 and a release element 8. The solenoid valve 5 passes and and cuts off a pressure fluid from the main valve 3 to the tilt cylinder 2; the angle detector 6 detects the tilt angle of a cargo handling tool 54; the controller 7 closes the solenoid valve 5 when the tilt angle from the angle detector 6 reaches the specified value; and the release element 8 releases the control of the solenoid valve controlled by the controller 7, to open the solenoid change-over valve 5. The cargo handling tool 54 is thereby stopped automatically at a specified angle, and this automatic stop can be released. |
