Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for brazing at a low temperature, with which the joined part between an aluminum member and a copper member or a stainless steel member has good elongation, toughness and mechanical strength without developing harmful gas and needing aftertreatment. SOLUTION: In the brazing method of the aluminum member and the member composed of the copper or the stainless steel by using Zn-Al alloy base or Al-Si-Zn alloy base brazing filler metal, the brazing filler metal and Cs-F base non-corrosive flux are set on a joining surface, and the heating process is continued. As the Zn-Al alloy base brazing filler metal, the alloy containing 55-95 wt.% Zn and 45-5 wt.% Al are desirable to use, and as the Al-Si-Zn alloy base brazing filler metal, the alloy containing 20-60 wt.% Zn, 1-10 wt.% Si and 30-79 wt.% Al are desirable to use. Further, as the flux, CsF-AlF3 base flux is desirable to use. |
