PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problems on the limit of response in a short time and an uncrease in communication expense because a request for being taken to and from is frequently made by a customer through telephone communication and the specification of places to be taken to and from which are needed for being taken to and from is primarily confirmed by voice. SOLUTION: Terminal devices 8 are provided with request inputting means 8-1 and 8-2 to which a request from a customer is inputted, a positional information attaching means 8-6 which attaches the positional information of the request inputting means to the customer information of the customer and a communicating means 8-4 which transmits the customer information to which the positional information is attached. A base station 3 is provided with a processing responding means 3-2 which automatically answers processing information generated by processing information received from the terminal devices and an instructing means 3-7 which instructs devices 2 realizing a request on the basis of the processing results to realize the request.
