Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary cell which can improve output density and a regeneration density. SOLUTION: A portion of lithium in a spinel-form lithium titanium oxide is substituted by La, etc., and a plateau potential of a negative electrode material is lowered. Also, a portion of a titanium site is substituted by V, etc., and an internal resistance is reduced by increasing the electronic conduction. As a result, Li4-xAxTi5-yVyO12 would be used as the negative electrode material to form the negative electrode. Thereby, a negative electrode for a lithium ion secondary cell, having high output density and a high regeneration density can be provided. |
