Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric triaxial accelerometer having no need of using any signal amplifier circuit and, in case of need, having no need of changing the amplification degree of the circuit in accordance with the acceleration detecting signal in each direction. SOLUTION: In order to make the levels of X-, Y-, and Z-axis acceleration detecting signals substantially equal to each other when the same magnitude of acceleration acts on a weight in X-, Y- and Z-axis directions, extension electrode sections EY1b and EY2b for output adjustment which are extended from a first stress generating section 8C1 to a second stress generating section 8C2 beyond a variation curve section 8D are respectively installed to a pair of Y-axis acceleration detecting electrodes EY1 and EY2. |
