Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a heat storage type refrigerating and air-conditioning device, permitting the reduction of a required capacity for a heat source machine utilizing the excessive capacity of an air conditioner as well as stabilized heat storage which maintains the comfortable property of the air sonditioning. SOLUTION: Three kinds of operation modes of a normal operation, in which cooling operation of only a utilizing side heat exchanger 14 in an air- conditioning system or a first cooling system is effected by separating heat storage tanks 90a, 90b from a refrigerating cycle, a cold storage operation, effecting heat storage into the heat storage tanks 90a, 90b by connecting the heat storage tanks 90a, 90b instead of the utilizing side heat exchanger 14, and a cold storage utilizing cooling operation, effecting the cooling operation of the utilizing side heat exchanger 14 by connecting a constitution consisting of the heat storage tanks 90a, 90b in series to the utilizing side heat exchanger 14 while utilizing super-cooling in the heat storage tanks 90a, 90b, are switched by the operation of opening and closing valves V11a, V12a, V13a, V11b, V12b, V13b and evacuating means 15a, 15b.
