Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet sorting device capable of removing the dust such as paper powder drifting on the transport path or around the device. SOLUTION: An opening/closing door 28 serves as a cover for shutting off the dust such as paper powder and the transporting noise generated from a transport path 4, and an air blowout means 57 blows out a clean air from a blowout hole 29 in the upper part of a sorting machine so that the dust drifting around the sorting machine flows down. A dust removing means 56 sucks in the air at the bottom of the sorting machine through a suction hole 30 so that the dust is removed.
