After the parts 17 are inserted in a plurality of storage grooves 3B repeatedly a plurality of times, a tape main body 3A is transported a predetermined pitch amount downstream by a tape feeding mechanism. This way, time necessary for transportation can be shortened compared with usual one-pitch feeding.
