Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bench four-axis mirror finished surface machining device capable of machining even a hard brittle material, a hard metal, and the like with high accuracy and high efficiency by coping with the bi-directional rotation of a grinding wheel with little displacement such as the flexure of a fitting head fitted with a tool, and miniaturizing the device with a small installation area. SOLUTION: This bench four-axis mirror finished surface machining device is provided with a θ table 4 fitted with a machined material 1 and rotatory-driven around a vertical B-axis by numerical control; a spindle 6 fitted with a conductive grinding wheel 2 and rotatory-driven around its axis; a grinding wheel fitting head 8 for detachably fitting a rotation axis of the spindle in a Z-axis direction parallel with the B-axis and in a Y-axis direction horizontally orthogonal to the B-axis; a torsion preventing guide 10 for preventing torsion of the grinding wheel fitting head around an X-axis and the Z-Axis; an X-Z table 12 for linearly moving the grinding wheel fitting head in the X-axis direction and Z-axis direction by numerical control; a Y-table 14 for linearly moving the θ table 4 in the Y-axis direction horizontally orthogonal to the X-Z faces by numerical control; and an electric machining means for electrically machining an electrode and/or the machined material. |
