Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an abnormality monitor system by which the presence of a fault in a monitor object can be monitored even from a remote place. SOLUTION: This abnormality monitor system consists of a parallel-to-serial signal conversion means that converts a binary parallel signal that is outputted from a plurality of monitor objects in parallel and relates to the presence of an abnormality into a serial signal and of a monitor control means that receives the binary serial signal outputted from the parallel-to-serial signal conversion means and executes a monitor control function via a network.
