Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perfectly eliminate toner grains included in liquid developer from a cleaning roller cleaning a developer roller and a squeeze roller. SOLUTION: Voltage shown in a figure is applied to the developer roller 1, the squeeze roller 2, the cleaning roller 3, a brush roller 5 and a reservoir 6. One part of the side surface of the reservoir 6 is bent in V-shaped so as to scrape the toner grains T' attached to the roller 5. The large part of the toner grains T' attached to the roller 3 is attached to the roller 5 by potential difference between the rollers 3 and 5 and when the rollers 3 and 5 are rotated in reverse directions. The toner grains T' left at the roller 3 are scraped by a cleaning blade 4 and attached to the roller 5. The toner grains T' attached to the roller 5 are scraped by the V-shaped projection part of the reservoir 6 and distributed again in the liquid developer T in the reservoir 6.
