Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature compensation circuit for a field effect transistor capable of measuring a temperature without using a temperature sensor such as a thermistor. SOLUTION: In this circuit, by use of a single field effect transistor, a temperature is measured without using a temperature sensor such as a thermistor by using a change in a drain current depending on a temperature when the field effect transistor operates in a linear area.
