Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coal ash treatment system that can reduce time and power required for classifying coal ash, and at the same time can increase the ratio of the coal ash to be recycled. SOLUTION: The coal ash treatment system is equipped with a raw coal ash storage silo 141 that stores raw coal ash being discharged from a boiler 10 mainly using coal as fuel and an electric dust collector 11 being attached the boiler 10, a classifier 15 that classifies the coal ash being stored in the silo to a preset grade, and fine- and coarse-powder silos 142 and 143 that store the coal ash according to grades being classified by the classifier. In this case, the physical property value of the raw coal ash is measured by a raw coal ash physical property value monitor 18 being installed between the boiler or the like and the raw powder silo 141, and the raw coal ash is classified according to the comparison result between the measured physical property value and a preset prescribed value for directly transporting to the coarse- and fine- powder silos 142 and 143.
