Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, capable of executing a hot dip galvanizing with high accuracy even to iron-base member having the projecting and the recessing pats, such as screw, and a galvanized material using this method. SOLUTION: The iron-base material is melted with zinc-tin alloy at the temperature 50-200 deg.C higher than the melting point of the zinc-tin alloy. The ratio of zinc and tin in the zinc-tin alloy is about zinc/tin = 30/70-90/10 weight ratio, and further, 0.0005-0.015 pt.wt. of aluminum to 100 pts.wt. of the total of zinc and tin, may be contained. |
