Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an HTML data preparing method capable of easily preparing HTML data from table data for spreadsheet software. SOLUTION: This system inputs the table data 101 to be an object, inputs an individual type XSL 104 to be applied, converts the table data into XMLs 103 for the number of records including only one record of the table data, individually applies the XSL 104 to the plurality of XMLs 103 and prepares an individual application type HTML 110. The system also inputs an overall type XSL 104 to be applied, converts the table data into one XML 103 including all the records of the table data, applies the XSL 104 to the XML 103 and prepares an overall application type HTML 109.
