Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expansively open respective anchor bodies in a well-balanced state, and to improve strength in a conventional grand anchor. SOLUTION: In this grand anchor, plural almost curved plate-like anchor bodies by dividing almost cylindrical body into plural parts along the axis center line are arranged on the outer periphery of one core shaft, the respective anchor bodies are supported so as to be expansively openable/freely contractibly closable in the radial direction by supporting slide shafts projected a plurality by a plurality at intervals in the lengthwise direction in the inside part by the core shaft so as to be freely slidable in the radial direction, hydraulic cylinders to drive the respective anchor bodies so as be expansively openable/ contractibly closable are respectively arranged inside the anchor bodies in a state of leaving a space in the lengthwise direction, and a stopper means for mutually uniformly regulating an expansively opening distance of the respective anchor bodies is arranged on the slide shafts integral with the respective anchor bodies.
