SOLUTION: Projecting parts 5a, 5b for absorption prevention of one or two and more are arranged at the lower end face of a dust proof fixture, a clearance to cause air to flow between the dust proof fixture lower face and a pestle holding disk (b), etc., is formed, a sucking disk effect is surely prevented and falling off of the dust proof fixture is prevented as much as possible.
