Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic lifting control device for a forklift capable of providing excellent positioning accuracy without stop shock. SOLUTION: This automatic lifting control device for forklift is characterized in that a controller takes a prescribed upper limit value when a position deviation of a target height and an actual height is large, a value between the upper limit value and a lower limit value according to the position deviation when the position deviation becomes small and is smaller than a deceleration point deviation value and a zero value when the position deviation becomes smaller than a prescribed deviation threshold, calculates a speed command value and an opening command value by an arithmetic curve setting the deceleration point deviation value and the lower limit value so as to be a large value and a small value, respectively, when load is small as compared with when load is large and outputs the calculated speed command value and opening command value to a power generation means and an electromagnetic proportional valve.
