Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the stability, the use feeling, and the retention of inclusion oil droplets regarding a microcapsule. SOLUTION: The microcapsule 2 contains oil droplets 1 with the average particle diameter of 0.01-3 μm and has rupture strength of 2,000-5,000 g/cm2 and is produced using a hydrophilic polymer gelling agent as a capsulating agent. As the hydrophilic polymer gelling agent, preferable are gear and carrageenan. The microcapsule 2 is obtained by producing an O/W emulsion from an inner oil phase 1 and a water phase containing a hydrophilic polymer gelling agent, producing an O/W/O emulsion by emulsifying the emulsion in an outer oil phase 3, and solidifying the water phase of the O/W/O emulsion. The O/W emulsion is produced by producing an oil-in-water soluble solvent type emulsion by adding the inner oil phase in a water soluble solvent containing a hydrophilic nonionic surfactant and adding an aqueous solution of a hydrophilic polymer gelling agent to the produced emulsion. |
