Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To address abnormality, if power-saving operation is not conducted normally to cause an abnormal condition, by making a user aware of it immediately in electronics. SOLUTION: This electronics, conducting power-saving operation to cut off power supply if operational inputting for executing a prescribed operation is not conducted for a prescribed time during standby, is formed so as to conduct announcing operation if the occurrence of an abnormal condition in which power supply is not cut off after the execution of the power-saving operation is detected. As a result, even if power saving operation is not conducted normally, it becomes possible to make a user aware of it immediately. It is thus possible to address abnormality in power-saving operation promptly, thereby evading continuous waste of power.
