Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the progress of document review by making the progress until the review ends easily recognizable. SOLUTION: A document review supporting device hierarchizes each review comment inputted to each document component of the chapter, paragraph, etc., of document data being reviewed and registers review comments having comment classes for discriminating subject comments newly proposing the subject of review, conclusion comments indicating the conclusion of the review to the subject comments, or other comments for review. Then the supporting device acquires the number (first number) of the review comments having the comment classes of the subject comments as attributes and the number of the review comments (second number) having comments classes of the conclusion comments as attributes out of the registered review comments, calculates the progress of the review from (second number)/(first number) × 100%, and displays the progress.
