Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve power generation efficiency by generating high temperature superheated vapor and reduce dioxins in fly ash and in waste gas. SOLUTION: Non combusted gas containing char and ash from a gasifying furnace 10 is introduced into a cyclone 36, and char and ash separated in the cyclone 36 are introduced into a desalting apparatus 50 where chlorides such as CaCl2, KCl, NaCl and the like are desalted and removed. Thereafter, they are introduced into a dryer 52, and then desalted char and ash is introduced into the melting furnace 16 for melting, and waste gas from the melting furnace 16 is introduced into an unburnt gas incinerator 22 of a boiler. |
