SOLUTION: A tunbine rotor 11 is supported by a rotary table 23, the table 23 is rotated by a step mechanism 22 to be stopped each rotation angle by rotation angle, one blade 13 is selected out of the plural blades 13, both a base part 13a of the selected blade 13 and a disk groove 12c of the disk 12 are sandwiched both their both ends by a clamp mechanism 26, an engaging depth of the base part 13a to the disk groove 12c is corrected, the clamp mechanism 26 is moved to the center of the disk 12 by a folding mechanism 25, and both ends of a stopper pin 14 are folded to the disk 12 side. |
