Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the plastic deforming performance at the critical condition of a PC steel material in a PC member. SOLUTION: When a sheath pipe is in advance arranged in a position where PC steel members are arranged between a specified section of members such as beams, columns, etc., an unbonded sheath 4 is arranged in a specified length at a part of a sheath having a large strain in a relatively large sectional force in the action of an earthquake load and a bond sheath 5 is arranged in a position where the unbonded sheath 4 is not arranged and then, concrete is placed so as to embed the seaths and PC steel wires inserted in the unbonded sheath 4 and the bond sheath 5 is tensed and anchored after the concrete is cured to display a specified strength.
