Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pyrogenous cosmetic generating heat when mixed with water, capable of simply treating and excellent in effect warming skin or hair by including an activated zeolite and a polyether-modified silicone oil. SOLUTION: This cosmetic comprises (A) an activated zeolite [e.g. zeolite A-3 (manufactured by Tosoh Corp.) and (B) a polyether-modified silicone oil and generates heat when mixed with water and is substantially nonaqueous. The component B is preferably polyoxyethylene-methylpolysiloxane copolymer, polyoxypropylene-methylpolysiloxane copolymer or poly(oxyethyleneoxypropylene)-methylpolysiloxane copolymer having <7 HLB. The component A is compounded in an amount of preferably 10-75 wt.%, especially preferably 25-60 wt.% and the component B is compounded in an amount of preferably 20-80 wt.%, especially preferably 25-50 wt.% based on total composition. |
