LUBRICATION TREATED METAL PLATE WHICH IS EXCELLENT IN FORMABILITY AND SLIDING PROPERTY AND HARDLY UNDERGOING SIDESLIP AND COIL COLLAPSE IN LAMINATION, AND ITS MANUFACTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal plate excellent in sliding preporties at the time of forming, free from problems such as sideslip, coil collapse, loosing of rolls or the like during storage, and scarcely permitting chromium (VI) to elute or does not containing the same, and its manufacture....

Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal plate excellent in sliding preporties at the time of forming, free from problems such as sideslip, coil collapse, loosing of rolls or the like during storage, and scarcely permitting chromium (VI) to elute or does not containing the same, and its manufacture. SOLUTION: In a lubrication treated metal plate having a mixed film comprising a resin becoming a binder, a lubricant particle containing carbon as a principal component element and an oxide additive, C-Kα X rays intensity (CW) and O-Kα X ray intensity (OW) just above the lubricant particle of the mixed film and C-Kα X ray intensity (CR) and O-Kα X ray intensity (OR) on the binder resin in the periphery separated from the lubricant particle satisfy relations (CW/OW)<6.0, (CW/OW)<(CR/OR)+5. |
