Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fireproof performance of a CFT column so as to use it without any fireproof coating by arranging a heat radiating fin mounted through its base part fixed to a steel pipe in the joint part between the CFT column and a fireproof wall on the inside of the skeletons of the steel pipe and the fireproof wall. SOLUTION: In the case of a fire in a fire-protection section, fire is prevented from spreading because a fireproof wall 2 is made of a flame-retardant material 15, and heat due to the fire is prevented by its fireproof function so as not to spread the fire to a non-fire side on the other fire-protection section side. In this case, in a CFT column, a steel pipe 10 on the fire side is heated to a high temperature, but a part of the fire heat is radiated to the inside of concrete 11. Therefore, a heating temperature in the fire side steel pipe 10 is lowered, and a part of the heat applied to the fire side steel pipe 10 is transmitted to the non-fire side steel pipe 10. The heat transmitted from the fire side to the non-fire side is transmitted to a heat radiating fin 5 so as to be radiated to the concrete 11 inside. In this way, heat transmission to the non-fire side steel pipe 10 is suppressed, a temperature rise in the steel pipe 10 on the non-fire side is lowered for preventing the fire due to heat from spreading, and consequently, a CFT column without any fireproof coating can be provided.
