PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a resealable zipper sealable to a front wall, and improve the sealing performance by forming a carrier web to be sufficiently thin so that the gusset section can be caught between first and second profiles when the carrier web is engaged. SOLUTION: This resealable zipper 10 being attached to the opening section of a bag has a profile 12 for a first fastener, of which the cross section is an asymmetrical arrow shape, and a profile 14 for a second fastener with the cross section of a U-shape, which is the complementary shape. Then, both profiles 12 and 14 are carried by a carrier web 16. The wall section of the carrier web 16 is formed to be sufficiently thin so that the profiles 12 and 14 may engageable even when a double layer is caught between both profiles 12 and 14. Then, when both fastener profiles 12 and 14 are connected, gusset sections on both sides of the bag are caught by the profiles 12 and 14.
