Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press forming device in which excessive press force is not applied to a part to be pressed to a pressing fixture, there is no change in a press speed during pressing and defective part is not generated. SOLUTION: In a first process, when descending a pressing fixture 5, excessive pressing force is not applied to the part 10 and impact applied to the part 10 is eliminated by controlling a drive current to drive a servomotor 3 so that the pressing fixture is descended in a high speed immediately before a part 10 is pressed. In a second process, the part 10 is pressed at a constant pressure and the part 10 is precisely pressed with the objective pressing force when an output voltage of a load cell 7 reaches an objective voltage, by controlling a drive current value to drive the servomotor 3 so as to keep the objective voltage until a prescribed time elapses. |
