Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the load balance of a single-phase three-wire type line. SOLUTION: Circuit breakers 2 have two-pole switching mechanism units in the inside. Conductive bar sockets 41, 42 and 43 into which circuit breaker connection units, consisting of conductive bars 31, 32 and 33 are inserted, are formed in the one side ends of apparatus at the upper, middle and lower levels. The heights of the upper conductive bar sockets 41 correspond to the height of the uppermost level conductive bar 31 of a neutral pole N, when it is attached to a fixing base. The heights of the middle conductive bar sockets 42 correspond to the heights of the leg tabs 21 of the conductive bar 32 or 33. Furthermore, the heights of the lower level conductive bar sockets 43 corresponds to the heights of the leg tabs 20 of the conductive bar 32 or 33.
