Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit important information regarding the current state of a speech participant sitting in a vehicle for a receiver. SOLUTION: When this device is used in the vehicle 1, an image of a peripheral area is received during a long-distance call by using an image recognition device and reproduced so that traffic trends in the peripheral area of the vehicle are graphically simplified and shown in the image. By an electronic image process, only important information regarding the traffic trends positioned in the visual field of the image recognition device is transmitted to the receiver together with a long-distance call and the unnecessary details of the peripheral area are suppressed.
