Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chilly hat capable of coming into close contact with the head and effectively cooling the head when going out under the blazing sun or in a tropical night at >=25 deg.C minimum temperature or at the time of becoming feverish, etc. SOLUTION: This chilly hat 1 is obtained by installing a sheetlike material 2 for heat insulation between the inside of the hat 1 and a lining cloth 8, providing each cold reserving material 3 with a filmy material 7 having heat insulating effects on the inside of the sheetlike material 2, arranging a belt 5 having fasteners 4 in the lower part of the hat 1 and further providing a hole 6 for passing the belt 5 therethrough.
