Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrinkles from occurring at an intersecting portion of sealed parts of a bag having the intersecting portion of the sealed parts. SOLUTION: This bag making machine is provided with a first heat-sealing means for forming a first sealed part 4d on a superposed sheet and second heat-sealing means 10a, 10b for forming a second sealed part intersecting with the first sealed part. The bag making machine has a wrinkle smoothing means for preventing wrinkles from being formed at an intersecting portion 4e between the first sealed part 4d and the second sealed part by stretching the first sealed part 4d at the intersecting portion 4e in the direction in which the first sealed part 4d is formed, at least when the second sealed part is formed.
