Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant for a refrigerant compressor for use in a refrigerating plant using an HFC based refrigerant and an ether or ester based composite oil, which contains less oligomer solving out of an insulating film of an electric motor and which is superior in thermal stability and oxidation stability as a refrigerating machine oil and less in hydrolysis and wear at a sliding portion. SOLUTION: As an insulating film, a copolymeric film 32 of polyethylene terephthalate and polyethylene naphthalate is used and a refrigerator oil is incorporated with at least one of antioxidant, acid trapper and extreme pressure additive, thereby preventing the deterioration of a refrigerating plant and the locking malfunction of a refrigerant compressor.
