SOLUTION: In this device, a first and second cylinder chambers 17, 18 are provided to make a flow of a lubricating oil constitute a route of a tank 11 →a suction side oil passage 9 → a first cylinder 17 → an within piston oil passage 21 → a protruded side oil passage 10 → a nozzle 13, check valves 12, 22, 14 are provided in the respective oil passages 9, 21, 10 to prevent a counter-flow, and a lubricant storing means such as a relief valve is provided to prevent the lubricating oil in the first cylinder chamber 17 from moving to the second cylinder chamber 18 when air inside the respective cylinder chambers 17, 18 and the respective oil passages 9, 10, 12 is discharged to bring pressure in the first cylinder chamber 17 into a constant value or more.
