Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance measuring precision of an ultrasonic flowmeter, by providing an ultrasonic transceiver with a uniform characteristic owing to constitution of the transceiver to make, as a result thereof, a pair of ultrasonic transceivers coincided with their characteristics each other. SOLUTION: Electric connection from an electrode face 13 of a piezoelectric body 11 to an external electrode is not soldered but executed using a conductive elastic body 16 so as to reduce fluctuation of a frequency characteristic caused by thermal load to the piezoelectric body 11, and an ultrasonic transceiver of uniform characteristics is provided thereby, so as to enhance measuring precision for an ultrasonic flowmeter using a pair of ultrasonic transceivers.
