Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dry-cleaning detergent compositions which exhibit good oily staining detergency without lowering the flash point in cleaning with the use of a petroleum based solvent from which aromatic compounds are removed as much as possible. SOLUTION: An dry-cleaning composition possesses the performance to lower the aniline point of a petroleum based solvent when it is mixed with the petroleum based solvent but it is possible particularly to improve oily staining detergency without lowering the flash point. This method comprises incorporating 5-25 wt.% aniline point lowering agent for the solvent into a detergent composition in the dry cleaning composition using a petroleum based solvent containing at least 0.01 wt.% aromatic compounds. |
