Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent positional gap or the like of a bead core by solidly fixing the bead core to a drum end face by burying a holding tool comprising a magenetic material attracting the bead core via a wound carcass sheet in an end face on both sides of the drum. SOLUTION: A holding tool 4 comprising a magnetic material capable of attracting a bead core C via a wound around carcass sheet A is buried in end faces S2 on both sides of a drum 2. Consequently, the bead core C is firmly fixed to the drum end face 2 by attractive force by the magnetic material in addition to an adhesive force of the carcass sheet A. A magnetic flux density of the magnetic material is preferably 5000-15000 gauss. Further, in order to make fixing the bead core C effective, it is preferable that the holding tool 4 is arranged more outside in a radial direction than a core inner diameter face C2 of the bead core C, a distance LA in the radial direction between a radial direction inner edge of the holding tool 4 and the core inner diameter face C2 is made 2.0-6.0 mm, and an overlapped distance LB in a radial direction between the holding tool 4 and the bead core C is made 3.0-6.0 mm.
