Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic measurement device provided with a stopper structure capable of keeping an unlocked state without using an unlocking keeping means when measuring optical characteristics. SOLUTION: A first through-hole 53 is formed at the bottom wall 51 of an ophthalmologic measurement device main body 50, an inner screw 54 is formed at the first through-hole 53 and a second through-hole 63 is formed at the upper wall 61 of a base 60. A stopper pin 70 is arranged vertically movably between a locking position and an unlocking position, an outer screw 75 to be screwed to the inner screw 54 of the first through-hole 53 at the time of locking is formed at the upper end part and a center blind hole 78 is formed from below at the pin center part. A stopper pin supporting means 80 is provided with a vertical insertion part 82 insertible from below to the center blind hole 78 of the stopper pin 70 and supports the stopper pin 70 at unlocking.
