Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a disintegrable tablet capable of rapidly disintegrating in an oral cavity so as to be easily swallowed and controlling the release of a medicine by mixing a specific granule with an excipient, adding a solvent, kneading the resultant mixture, then placing the kneaded mixture in a mold and molding the mixture. SOLUTION: This disintegrable tablet is obtained by mixing (A) a granule prepared by coating (i) a granule in which a medicine is included in a water-soluble polymer (preferably hydroxypropyl cellulose or the like) matrix or a wax matrix and/or (ii) a medicine-containing granule with a water-soluble polymer or a water-insoluble polymer (preferably ethyl cellulose or the like) film with (B) an excipient (preferably mannitol or the like), adding (C) a solvent (preferably water or the like) thereto, kneading the resultant mixture, placing the kneaded mixture in a mold, molding the kneaded mixture, providing a tablet, further preferably adding (D) a binder (preferably polyvinylpyrrolidone or the like) to the prepared tablet and molding the resultant mixture. Further, the amounts of the added ingredients based on the mixture of the ingredients A and B are preferably 3-18 wt.% of the ingredient C and <=2 wt.% of the ingredient D.
