SOLUTION: This alarm has a gas warning mechanism 1A for providing a detecting signal detecting combustible gas or imperfect combustion gas and for issuing a gas warning signal from a voltage presence output circuit 7 for generating a voltage presence output signal and a switching mechanism 4d provided with a fire warning mechanism 2A for providing a detecting signal detecting a fire and for issuing a fire warning signal from an (a) contact output circuit 8 for generating an (a) contact output signal so as to output the detecting signal detecting the combustible gas to the (a) contact output circuit 8.
