Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch operating device for a bottom enlarged earth drill capable of preventing damage, abnormal wear, or the like consequent to the operation of a clutch. SOLUTION: This clutch operating device for a bottom enlarged earth drill is provided with operating state detecting means such as sensors 29, 30 for detecting the most contracted and most extended positions of a clutch driving means such as a clutch cylinder 16, and driving control means such as solenoid selector valves 25, 26 permitting the actuation of a hydraulic motor 2a of a kelly driving device 2 only in the case of detecting the clutch driving means 16 being in a complete clutch 'on' position or a complete clutch 'off' position by the operating state detecting means 29, 30 of the clutch driving means 16. |
