Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep an adhesive application position of each lot stably and properly and to reduce an operator's load by storing a standard application position corresponding to the width size of an adhesion margin and a correction position corresponding to the lot of a sheet in a storage device and positioning a glue gun at the correction position of the lot. SOLUTION: A corrugated cardboard sheet 1 for a box is conveyed by a conveying belt 2 and a rail 3, and an adhesive is applied on the adhesion margin of the sheet 1 by an adhesive applicator 5 having a glue gum 12. The applicator 5 rotates a ball screw 6 by a servo-motor 9 to move it in the widthwise direction. The motor 9 and an encoder 10 are connected to a controller 11, and the applicator 5 is positioned in a prescribed widthwise direction. The storage device of the controller 11 stores a standard margin corresponding to the width size of the adhesion margin and a correction margin of each lot which was corrected manually. In this way, when the same lot is used repeatedly for box making, the applicator 5 can be positioned automatically at the correction position of the lot. |
