Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CDMA radio communication system with system quality optimizing function, which can optimize system quality with a simple means, by inputting an informing signal parameter and a change parameter, deciding the operation parameter of a mobile station and controlling an operation by means of the operation parameter. SOLUTION: A parameter input part 16 receives an input parameter 15 and outputs a change parameter 17 for changing an informing signal parameter 10 transmitted to a radio transmitter/receiver 1 through an outgoing signal 2. The informing signal parameter 10 and the change parameter 17 are inputted to a parameter deciding unit 18 and it decides and outputs the operation parameter 19 of the radio transmitter/receiver 1. A parameter controller 20 controls the operations of a radio receiver 6 and a radio transmitter 14 by the operation parameter 19. Namely, the informing signal parameters 10 transmitted from a system side to respective mobile stations can be changed and set by the single radio transmitter/receiver 1 and therefore system quality can be optimized.
