Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an operability by enabling to visually recognize on one screen menus selectable on an equal level and reducing the number of levels of the screen and the number of operation times to keys. SOLUTION: A sub-screen 3 is popped up and displayed on a main screen 2 of an operation panel 1 by depressing a menu key 4. The sub-screen 3 comprises a window of a large item menu 10 where items related to application functions other than a normal measurement are arranged, and a window of a small item menu 11 where items selectable for every large item menu 10 are arranged corresponding to function keys 5 (F1-F5). In a state with the sub- screen 3 displayed, when any one of the function keys 5 is pressed, a screen of a function of the small item menu 11 corresponding to the key is displayed on the main screen 2.
