SOLUTION: The retrieving instruction for retrieving document data and real time data is generated by interpreting the inputted retrieval request sentence and on the basis of this retrieving instruction, at least one of document data and real time data is retrieved and presented. In such a device, a data presenting part 4 presents the document data and process data to a user. In this case, the inquiry of the user is converted into the retrieving instruction to a document data retrieving part 13 or process data retrieving part 23 by a retrieving instruction generating part 3 and the retrieval of data is performed by the document data retrieving part 13 or process data retrieving part 23. The data of the retrieved result are presented to the user by the data presenting part 4.
