Summary: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tacky adhesive tape hardly generating a harmful material such as a dioxin and a halogen-containing gas at the time of burning, having an adequate adhesion, and capable of improving operability by forming a SBR- based tacky adhesive layer having a thickness within a prescribed range of the surface of a specific substrate. SOLUTION: This tacky adhesive tape is obtained by forming an SBR-based adhesive layer 2 having 0.2-0.4 mm thickness on the surface of a substrate composed of a flame-retardant resin composition using a polyolefin-based polymer such as a polystyrene as a base polymer, having <=1.14 specific gravity, <=24 oxygen index and <=0.1 wt.% content of a heavy metal, and not containing a halogen. Preferably, an acrylic adhesive layer having 0.05-0.15 mm thickness, a natural rubber-based adhesive layer having 0.05-0.3 mm thickness, an isoprene- based adhesive layer having 0.05-0.3 mm thickness or an isobutylene rubber-based adhesive layer having 0.05-0.3 mm thickness is preferably formed on the surface of the substrate 1. |
