Summary:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repeatedly remove and return page paper by detachably engaging a binding and fastening peripheral edge of a filing member with a cutout for filing and fastening page paper and a cover member. SOLUTION: Filing members 1 are each formed in a disc shape having a filing and fastening peripheral edge 8 of a T-shaped section on an outer periphery, and perforated with a shaft passing hole 9 at a center. A shaft constituting member 2 is formed with female and male die coupling portions 10, 11 at both ends. Further, a plurality of decorators 3, 4 are formed in a character-shape or the like having both female and male die mounting portions 12, 13 filed and fastened with the portions 10, 11. Both front and rear cover members 5, 6 are formed by cutting a hard synthetic resin thin plate, and forming T-shaped filing and fastening cutouts 15, 16 at a base end side. Meanwhile, page paper 1 is formed by cutting paper, and forming T-shaped filing and fastening cutouts 17 at a filing and fastening side edge at a predetermined interval. In the case of using, filing and fastening peripheral edges 8 of the members 1 are engaged with the members 5, 6 and the cutouts 15 to 17 of the paper 7.
